Buyer sourcing
Source from Indonesia without guessing who to trust.
Describe what you need once. We find the suppliers who genuinely make it, check their documents ourselves, and bring back quotes you can put side by side.
The process
Five stages, and you always know which one you are in.
- Stage 01
Send your request
Product, volume, destination port, and target timeline. One form, no account needed.
- Stage 02
We source and screen
We identify Indonesian suppliers who actually make it, then check their documents ourselves.
- Stage 03
Compare real quotes
Pricing, MOQ, lead time, and Incoterms laid out side by side, in one reply.
- Stage 04
Talk to the supplier
We introduce you directly. Samples, specifications, and negotiation happen between you.
- Stage 05
Ship with support
We stay on the thread through documentation and loading until the goods leave the port.
What you can source
Six categories, grouped the way customs sees them.
We label categories by HS chapter because that is the language your freight forwarder and customs broker already use. If your product sits outside these, send the request anyway.
Agriculture & Commodities
Coffee, cocoa, spices, coconut derivatives
Furniture & Decor
Teak and rattan furniture, home decor
Textiles & Apparel
Garments, woven fabrics, home textiles
Beauty & Wellness
Essential oils, natural skincare, personal care
Food & Beverage
Seafood, snacks, processed ingredients
Handicrafts
Woven basketry, carvings, artisan goods
How suppliers are checked
You see the level, not just a badge.
Every quote we send tells you how far we have verified that supplier. If a supplier is only at L1, we say so rather than letting the word “verified” do work it has not earned.
Documents checked
Business registration (NIB), tax ID (NPWP), and export licensing reviewed against official records.
Capability confirmed
Production capacity, export history, certifications, and reference buyers verified by call.
Seen in person
Facility visited or inspected over live video by our team, with photos filed on record.
Questions buyers ask
The answers, including the awkward ones.
- What does it cost?
- Sending a sourcing request is free, and there is no charge for the quotes we bring back. We are still working out how Nusvero charges long term — when that changes, we will tell you before it applies to anything you have already asked for.
- Do I need a minimum order?
- There is no minimum on our side, but suppliers set their own MOQ and it varies widely by product. Tell us the volume you actually want and we will only approach suppliers who can work at that scale.
- Who do I pay, and who do I contract with?
- The supplier. Nusvero introduces and screens; the sale contract and the payment are between you and them. We do not hold your money, and we say so plainly because some platforms are vague about it.
- Can I get samples?
- Yes. Sample cost and courier charges are agreed directly with the supplier. We help arrange it and follow up if it stalls.
- How long does a request take?
- For common categories, quotes usually come back within three to five working days. Unusual specifications or small niche products take longer, and we tell you early if that is the case.
- What if the supplier turns out to be a problem?
- Tell us. We record it against their file and it affects their verification level. A supplier who misrepresents themselves is removed from the network.
