What we actually checked, and what we did not.
Most platforms show a badge. We show the level, what that level covered, and the parts we could not confirm.
The three levels
Each level names a specific piece of work.
Documents checked
Business registration (NIB), tax ID (NPWP), and any certifications collected and cross-checked for consistency with the company identity given to us.
Capability confirmed
Production capacity, lead times, packaging, and export experience confirmed in a direct call with the person responsible.
Seen in person
Production site visited in person, with dated photos and notes filed on record. Given only when the visit actually happened.
A level describes checks completed on a given date. It is not a guarantee of future quality, solvency, or delivery. Site visits are currently practical for East Kalimantan and nearby suppliers; suppliers outside that range stay at L2, and we say so rather than blurring it.
