Privacy policy

Nusvero (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the sourcing service described on it, from Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Nusvero is an early-stage sourcing company operating from Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Our Indonesian operating entity is in the process of being incorporated; until that is complete, agreements are made with the founder directly.

From buyers. Your name, company name, email address, country, and the details of your sourcing request: product, volume, destination, timeline, and any notes you add.

From suppliers. Company name, contact person, email and phone number, business registration number (NIB), tax identification number (NPWP), product information, certifications, and any documents you send us for verification.

Automatically. Standard server and hosting logs, including IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers or bank credentials. Payments happen directly between buyer and supplier.

• To match a buyer request with suppliers who can fill it
• To verify that a supplier is who they say they are
• To keep a record of what was checked and when
• To contact you about a request you have already sent us

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The other side of the trade. To do the job at all, we pass a buyer’s requirement to relevant suppliers, and we share a supplier’s company profile and verification level with the buyer. We share only what the other party needs to quote or decide.

Service providers. Our website hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Authorities. Where we are legally required to.

Verification documents such as NIB and NPWP are held on file and are not published on the website.

Sourcing requests and the correspondence around them are kept while the request is active and for two years afterwards, so we can pick up a repeat order without asking you to start over. Supplier verification records are kept for as long as the supplier is in our network, and for two years after they leave.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See section 7.

Our website and database are hosted by providers whose servers may be located outside Indonesia. By sending us your information you accept that it may be processed in those locations under those providers’ security terms.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data
• Stop contacting you

Email nusverotrade@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. If we cannot delete something because we are legally required to keep it, we will tell you which part and why.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to load and stay secure.

This is a business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will email you.
