Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Nusvero website and services. Nusvero is an early-stage sourcing company operating from Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Our Indonesian operating entity is in the process of being incorporated; until that is complete, agreements are made with the founder directly.

By using the service, you agree to these terms.

We are a sourcing and introduction service. We take a buyer’s requirement, identify Indonesian suppliers who can meet it, check those suppliers against the verification levels described on this site, and present quotes for comparison.

We are not a party to your sale. The contract for the goods is between the buyer and the supplier. We do not sell goods, do not take title to goods, and do not hold payment between the parties.

Verification levels L1, L2, and L3 describe checks we have carried out, at the time we carried them out. They are a statement about our process, not a guarantee of a supplier’s future performance, product quality, solvency, or delivery.

Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence, particularly on first orders and on payment terms.

• Give accurate requirements, volumes, and destination details
• Check that the product may lawfully be imported into your country, including any licensing, labelling, or standards requirements
• Agree contract terms and payment terms directly with the supplier
• Tell us promptly if a supplier misrepresents themselves

• Provide genuine, current documents, and tell us when your registration or licensing status changes
• Represent your role accurately: producer, processor, or consolidator
• Quote only for products you can actually supply at the capacity you state
• Comply with Indonesian export requirements for your goods

Supplying false documents or misrepresenting your capabilities results in removal from the network.

At present there is no charge to submit a sourcing request, and no listing fee for suppliers. If we introduce fees, we will publish them and give notice before they apply. No fee will ever be applied retroactively to a request or introduction already made.

We do not source, and suppliers may not offer through us: weapons or munitions, controlled drugs, protected wildlife or products made from it, counterfeit or infringing goods, or anything whose export from Indonesia or import into the destination country is prohibited.

The Nusvero name, logo, site design, and written content belong to us. Product information you send us remains yours; you give us permission to share it as needed to carry out the introduction you asked for.

We provide the service in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a supplier’s or buyer’s conduct, from goods that do not meet expectations, from delayed or failed shipment, or from a counterparty’s failure to pay.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Parts of the service described on this site are still in development, and the site marks which. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes fall to the courts of Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, unless we agree in writing to another forum.
