About Nusvero
Indonesia exports well. It introduces itself badly.
Buyers abroad want Indonesian coffee, furniture, and seafood. What stops them is not supply — it is not knowing which supplier is real. That gap is the whole reason Nusvero exists.
Why we exist
The problem is trust, not supply.
A buyer in Rotterdam looking for green coffee can find a hundred Indonesian listings in an afternoon. What they cannot find out is which of those companies actually roasts, which one is a broker who has never seen the beans, and which one will still be answering email in three months.
Meanwhile a cooperative in Aceh with excellent product has no practical way to reach that buyer, and no idea what documents the buyer’s customs broker is going to ask for.
Nusvero works on both sides of that gap. We screen the supplier before the buyer ever hears the name, and we translate the buyer’s request into something a producer can actually quote against.
How we work
Four rules we hold ourselves to.
Say the stage out loud
We are early. There is no supplier count on this site and no client logos, because we will not put a number in front of you that we cannot stand behind.
Verification means one specific thing
L1, L2, or L3 — each level names exactly what was checked and how. A badge that means nothing is worse than no badge.
Introduce, do not intercept
The contract and the payment are between the buyer and the supplier. We do not sit in the middle of your money.
Do it manually before automating it
Every request today is read by a person. That is slower, and it is also the only way to learn what should be automated later.

Early, and open about it.
Nusvero is an early-stage sourcing company operating from Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Our Indonesian operating entity is in the process of being incorporated; until that is complete, agreements are made with the founder directly.
